Hi everyone! So I haven't really used a lot of synths that I own at all, so thought of giving them a spin this time. Also Kontakt, that I purchased early this year and haven't used at all. Here's my submission: https://soundcloud.com/theexponent/hyperdrive DAW: Reaper 6 Drums: Wave Alchemy free samp...

Off topic, but as a response to a question raised in this thread about SWC participation. My main deterrent from participating more often is open voting during the voting window. I have no problem if the votes are revealed after the results. But having those votes visible to other voters during the ...

Hey AFIN, I have to say, this seems very interesting, the change in the vocal, how did you accomplish this? :hihi: Its called SBVI (Sound to Brain to Voice Interface) one of the cheapest plugins available, but has a steep learning curve. (Mostly free, though if you pay a teacher it can get as well ...

I think you are mistaken :) I said I had placed you above TJShredder because your production was well done, if you read more into that, then you are simply reading too much into it  Aaah! My bad :bang: I thought you implied your own placement :face: I totally forgot that you ranked TJ 2nd. I...

Re: SONGWRITING COMPETITION - SWC029 January 2020 - Winners announced
Thanks to all and to all comments as well. I feel honoured by the votes and all comments had been helpful even if they reflect that my musical idea was partially not understood at all... 10 points from the Winner though, tells a lot (and thanks for that...) I always had the feeling there are musici...

Firstly, thanks a lot to Mister Fox for doing this and giving us all this wonderful platform for creative exploration and cool prizes.
I'd like the license for MODO BASS as my prize.
Also another round of applause for all the participants, really interesting tracks. Well done all!

I don't know if it's intentional or a mistake, but you can't vote for yourself (You have given yourself 7 points). You need to vote for the other participants, so in case you want to vote someone's entry the lowest, just give them the 6th position and 5 points. Thanks, I asked the question. my bad....

Hi, Above all I really appreciate everyone's research (myself included) and I also find it very difficult to give an opinion on each other's work, but let's try: >> The Exponent: "Yatra" Atmosphere reminiscent of dance songs from the early 90s (Nice wink). Evolution of the title with the ...
