No point in hanging about! This is the other song I wrote for last/this month's contest. Relatively instrumental (the odd disembodied crooning here and there) shoegaze-y thing with lots of tremelo and vibrato on the slightly fuzzy geetars. Also features the lesser spotted donkey guitar solo. I've always been a shit lead player, but sometimes one likes to have a go - throw enough distortion and delay on it and it'll suffice....maybe. :scared:

Thank you, very kind. Finally having enough money for some quite nice gear, coupled with cutting down on drinking by about 90% (a correlation with the money there  ) does seem to have paid off for me, at least on the recording/mixing side, if not the songwriting always - even the rubbish songs at least sound a bit better, but you can't polish a turd as they say!

So here is another coop production with Tbase and Nige doing all the vocals, bass and guitars.
Drums are programmed with much love and detail.
It all starts with some basic harmonic ideas and a theme for the lyrics.
It´s kind of drama about a girl on heroine.
Lots of work from the first scratch to this final version, endles re-recordings and re-aranging during the process.
Thanks for listening

Come on guys, more contestants needed !!!
My feeling is that a song contest every month is maybe too much in regard of the size of the community.
Maybe a comp every 2 month would be better, am I wrong ?
