I looked at the graffiti and I thought ‘hip hop’, I looked at the colors and I thought some classical music would fit this month theme. So why not a combination.

I think I am not going to change much about the structure….but I think the mix could use some extra work. Especially the low end. I want the bass to be prominent but ot overdoïng it.

The strings are Spitfire Audio LABS. The intro sound is a weird preset from Tal Noisemaker. I also used Triple Cheese synth.

Enjoy!

Dear colleagues and Mister Fox,
I can't participate in the challenge this month because I'm in the hospital and I don't have my computer at hand.

Good luck.
Hi Esteve, that is bad news. Hope you get better soon. I also hope it is nothing too serious. Maybe you can download a DAW on your phone so you can at least enjoy making some music (something that always makes me feel better).

Cheers,

Jeroen

I'm not sure what you use for reference, but on my system alongside my reference tracks, the bass is really overpowering. I'd drop like 1.5-2db off and see what it sounds like, then go from there. I also wouldn't be afraid to layer the strings a little more and throw some countermovement in there.

I like the tune the bridge has some wild melody choices that create a really interesting and unsettling tension! Thanks for sharing it.

@EsteveCorbera I hope your hospital stay has been going smoothly -- get well!

I have a track on the way. It's done -- I just need to tune the loudness. Will upload tomorrow.

Hopefully a few more entries arrive before the deadline.

@EsteveCorbera Hope you're doing well so far!

Will participate, but I can't really decide because I've made several beat sketches. We'll see :hihi:

:arrow_right: A friendly reminder:
We're in the final 24 hours to submit your production.

Please get your production ready and submitted (through the forum) today.

To make it easier for me to create the collection post, please update your initial post with the appropriate links (final version), or explicitly mark your entry as "final entry". Please also don't forget to make your files accessible to download. Thank you.

We currently have 03 entries so far :headphones:
In order to get our usual 3-position podium started, we need to reach / exceed 09 active entries. If we can exceed 15 entries this month, I'm opening up the podium size.

Looking forward to more entries throughout the day.

Hi Rick,
thank you very much for your feedback! I have dropped the bass by about 3dB....still pretty loud I guess.
Cheers,
