Newbie question: I'm missing something I think. I have my mix finished and have a google drive folder shared with mp3, wave, screenshot, documentation. Do I just post the link in here on this forum? How exactly do I submit my project?

Excellent. How about feedback...what's the protocol? Should I message the people directly when they submit, post them in here for everyone else to see, or keep it to myself? I personally like feedback, but once again this is a Newbie question. Thanks

I think diving into the rule set again would give you a general idea.

Basically... all people submit their material, the "song provider" (or client) of the month listens to the material, and once the first mix round has ended, you'll get feedback. Feedback among each other is encouraged - though during the mix rounds, I think it's a bit distracting from the competitive side of things.

A quick question for OctupusOn Fire; is the chanting and stuff from 'The Exorcist (original film)? I seem to recognise that screaming bit!

Hi to all!

I'm a other new member. I found this web doing a search for multi tracks in Google. GREAT WEB!!!

Today I've been doing the mix of this song. I have been trying to get a cohesive sound that create the feel of a band playing. I really like the work OctopusOnFire did with the synthesizers, so I've given them an important role in the song. I've also tried to give the mix a 90's sound.

I didn't use the Di tracks. The sound of the reamplified guitars is very good.

Any opinions are welcome. And if anyone wants me to explain something particular about my mix it will be a pleasure to respond.
