Hello, I understand everything except for this: -14LUFS SLk (avg) or K-12v1 (avg) What on earth does it mean? Best regards, A Future In Noise
LUFS - loudness units relative to full scale. These days mastered track have extremely limited master = pure sausage. Most tracks are overcompressed and aim for maximum loudness, introducing artifacts from clipping and they also loosing dynamic range. Here is nice picture of sausage

The values provided are just recommendation. For more info just use google.

It is right place to post your entry. Maybe posting some more info can be better. Like more details about instruments used, your DAW and so on.

This song as its name says it was inspired by first day of winter with its cold and white.
I used for composition usual stuff from magix and synapse audio. this time, i added for vocals
the chorus patch from Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra library.

Since it's the holiday season, I decided to make an exception with this month's Songwriting Competition.

If you haven't submitted your production so far, since you ran out of time, I'm giving you the chance to do that right now!
Finish your production, then submit it.

I'm extending the Songwriting Competition 016 until Tuesday, 25-12-2018 11:59pm GMT+1/CET - as of this moment, there are 22 hours left. Please use this time wisely and try to join in time in January 2019

Happy Holidays :sing:
