Is there anybody from this month's game that does not want to get a chance for a bonus license?

The pass-on mechanic is not made to "pass on infinitely" - if somebody is selected and doesn't want to pick up anything, that would be a shame. So if you state beforehand "I'm good, thank you", this raises the chance for everyone else. Please let us know in a timely manner.
