No, that doesn't mean that you won - not yet.

You need to(!) give feedback to all other participants on top of your vote. It's part of the rules.
We're also still missing Nort's vote and feedback.

I'll leave the door open for a couple of hours after the deadline (in about 3 hours) has ended. You three are new to this... I want this game to work.

So please, update your posts!

Ladies and Gentlemen, apologies for the wait. I kept the door open for another day, just to see if there is any response. In the future, I stick more to the known deadlines again.

Here are the results of Songwriting Competition 11

 The winners podium consists of:
  1. Olly Audio (57 pts)
  2. Peter:H (52 pts)
Sadly not everyone has voted, we had no ties, <4 participant rule not in use (staff comments and votes), "random number generator" used as additional "balance vote"
We have one disqualification (Nort Yakim, due to lack of participation during the voting process)
"Sole (License) Winner" rule applies

I utilized a Random Number Generator, because I wanted to see if we might get a different outcome. Looks like all odds were in Olly Audio's favor.

Bonus Fact: If the SWC has more than 5 participants per month, then there are no need for Random Number Generators

 Criticism: The given feedback is really, really sparse in places (especially Olly Audio). Please read the Rules and Guidelines again, and please invest more time for the next

Here are the results as chart in image form:

Thank you so much for your participation.

 License selection:

We'll now perform with the usual. Since the "Sole (License) Winner" rule applies, only the top spot can select something from the license pool. Selecting licenses is handled in public, please. After that, please get in touch with me (via PM) with your contact data. In case of the "Bjulin Waves" sponsorship - the winners podium can additionally select one "Inspire Me" package on top of the license selection (please mention that in the PM).

As usual - you're not forced to pick up anything. You can pass and therefore offer more to select for the next person in line (if there is a spot existing). Just let all participants/winners/the staff know in a timely manner.

Feedback about the "Songwriting Competition" is welcome (please do so here).

See you in in the next Challenge!

Hello everyone! When are you going to another songwriting competition? How do I join? Any requirements?
Songwriting Competition's start on the 1st of each month. Currently, SWC013 is in full swing. Please check the "announcements" threads on top of this sub forum.

There are no requirements other than to be creative, and later give feedback to the participants during the voting process. The rules and guidelines might be a bit on the detailed side, but check the previous competitions to get an idea how things work.
